Five disciplines. One team that ships.

Most studios sell you a deliverable and disappear. We build the thing, run it under real load, and stay reachable when it matters — year two.

How we choose the stack

There is no single right answer, and any studio that gives you one before understanding your project is selling what they already know. Three things decide it: what you are building, what it needs to survive, and what you can sustain after we hand it over.

The layer in front
A delivery network — Cloudflare — serving pages, assets and cached responses close to your users worldwide. It absorbs most traffic and has nothing to do with your application logic.
The application
Where your business actually runs. Elixir and Phoenix when concurrency, real-time or fault tolerance genuinely matter. TypeScript on Node when the system is simpler and hiring for it matters more. Both are correct answers to different questions.
The data
Postgres, modelled for how your product reads and writes. Most performance problems live here rather than in the language above, which is why it gets designed first.
The infrastructure
Terraform describing your environments as code, CI running the tests, monitoring watching it. Reproducible regardless of which of the above you end up with.
01

What you are building

A booking system with live availability has different needs from an internal reporting tool. The first justifies Elixir; the second almost certainly does not.

02

The scale you actually need

Designing for a million users when you will have a thousand wastes your money. Designing for a thousand when you will have a million costs you a rewrite. We size it to the honest number.

03

What your budget supports

A smaller budget means fewer moving parts, chosen so nothing has to be thrown away when there is more. We would rather build one solid layer than four half-finished ones.

04

Who maintains it after us

If you plan to hire in-house later, that shapes the choice. A stack you cannot staff is the wrong stack, however good it is on paper.

Tell us what you are building.

A short call, an honest answer on whether we are the right team, and a scope you can actually budget against.
