Data controller
ELIXIRIA TECH, registered in Tanger under RC 151683, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Processing is subject to Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and — where it applies to you — the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
What we collect
Technical data
Our servers log IP address, browser type, and requested pages. These logs exist for security and for diagnosing faults, and are kept for a limited period.
Anonymous analytics
We measure page views and referrers in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not build profiles, and we do not use advertising trackers or cross-site cookies.
Anti-abuse checks
The contact form is protected against automated abuse. This involves a check by our infrastructure provider that may process technical signals from your browser.

Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your consent, given when you choose to write to us, and of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Security logging rests on our legitimate interest in operating the site safely. Where we are required to keep records for tax or accounting purposes, the basis is legal obligation.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to operate the site and communicate with you — hosting and network protection, email, and error monitoring. They process data on our instructions only. Some are located outside Morocco, which means your data may be transferred abroad under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within two years. Where we enter into a contract, we retain project correspondence for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Moroccan commercial and tax law. Security logs are kept for a short period only.

Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to object to its processing or ask for its deletion. Write to us at the address below and we will respond. Under law 09-08 you may also refer a complaint to the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel).

Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be set to remember your language choice and to protect forms against abuse. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.

Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry data is limited to the three founders. We patch our dependencies and monitor for problems as a matter of routine — the same practice we apply to client systems.
